We’re launching a new business.
I’m genuinely excited – not just about what we’re building, but why we’re building it, and who I’m building it with.
It won’t take away from TRIPS Tank. It will add to it. One strengthens the other.
My co-founder is Ross Keating. Some of you will know Ross already – he runs The Lennox Academy and works with some of the best revenue professionals and leaders across tech orgs in the UK and Ireland. He brings depth, clarity, and a grounded energy that cuts through.
Ross was a coaching client. We worked together for 12 months. Near the end of our engagement, he asked to pitch a business idea. I held off – I didn’t want to muddy the coaching process.
Then in our final session, about 2/3s of the way in, he said: “Thanks, I’ve got what I came for.” And with that, we opened the door.
Ross had experienced something powerful. I could tell that too. HIs life was in a great place, but in all honesty, most of it would have been in place regardless of coaching.
Yes, he got fitter. Slept better. Got engaged to Mel (since married – woop woop!). Grew Lennox while changing the business model. Reconnected with what matters most. Especially the people that mattered most to him.
But it wasn’t just the outcomes. It was how he moved through them. With more ease. More presence. More joy.
That shift in mindset – his lens on the world – created more energy, more capacity, and ultimately more results.
So his big question was:
“How can we help revenue leaders in tech experience what I just did? Because this is what they need.”
And I agreed.
I’ve coached hundreds of leaders and reps across tech. The themes repeat:
Too much noise.
Can’t keep up with AI.
Too many tactics.
Not enough trust.
Too much talk about performance.
Not enough work on the person who’s meant to deliver it.
From co-hosting roundtables to designing programmes that integrate strategy, mindset and behaviour, Ross and I have seen what’s possible when performance and presence are developed together.
This new business wasn’t born from a clever opportunity. It came from listening – really listening – to what the market keeps telling us:
“We know what we should be doing. But we’re not doing it consistently.”
“We’ve got the talent, but not always the trust, energy, or alignment.”
“Everything’s moving fast. We need to slow down just enough to refocus and go again.”
So we asked:
What if we built something that didn’t just train people – but helped them to shift how they think, lead and sell?
That’s what we’re building. That’s what’s next.
Next week, I’ll share the name, the focus, and how you or your team can get involved.
For now, I just wanted to tell you:
It’s happening. And it’s going to be brilliant.
