Liz is an award-winning Executive Coach. Since completing coach training in 2009, Liz has worked with hundreds of clients in corporate and private settings. She helps them to maximise their strengths, build their leadership and business relationship skills with colleagues and clients in order to manage change more effectively.

Paul Gleeson

Paul is a performance coach, facilitator, keynote speaker and author. He brings a combination of academic qualifications and some very rich life experience to the work he does with clients. This experience, coupled with his time working in the professional corporate world, have given Paul an understanding and passion for the role that mindset, motivation, inner beliefs, authenticity, grit, habits and energy management play in optimal professional and personal performance.

Pushing his own mental, physical and emotional boundaries is something Paul is very curious and passionate about. He has cycled coast to coast across Australia, rowed across the Atlantic Ocean and has also rowed through the North West Passage in the Canadian High Arctic. Author of the book “Crossing the Swell”, Paul was honoured by his hometown as Limerick Person of the Year in 2006.
