LeaderTRIPS programmes are for groups of client-facing, fee-earning leaders. Great leaders have unique strengths, values, experience, responsibilities and circumstances in their jobs and lives.
How we work with leaders
- We help leaders create space and identify the best approach to improve performance, experience and results.
- LeaderTRIPS programmes include group coaching sessions at the start and end, with 1-2-1- sessions in the middle for a cohort of leaders within your organisation.
- We also offer more traditional 1-2-1 executive and leadership coaching programmes.

As with our TeamTRIPS programmes, we co-create the LeaderTRIPS programmes with our client organisations.
The following steps consistently deliver a handsome return on investment.
Following discussions with the leader of the team, we survey the team members. Everyone’s voice is heard in confidence.
The diagnostic findings guide our design of a programme that improves the team’s performance, experience and results over the short and long term.
To accelerate the process of team members better understanding their own behavioural and communication patterns, as well as each other’s, we use psychometrics tools. Our Team Coaches are accredited in many tools including DiSC, Strengthscope, Emotional Capital Report and EQi.
On top of the coaching sessions, we share videos, exercises, tools and resources that make the team development process more enjoyable and valuable.
We seek feedback as appropriate throughout the process. At the end, we review results against objectives.
In between sessions, we introduce:

- Relevant leadership theory
- Neuroscientific research and
- Psychological strategies where appropriate.
